Africa Climate Change Negotiators Meeting, Kampala 2001

At the request of the Chair of the Africa Group, UCCEE/UNEP organised a meeting for the group's climate change negotiators . The meeting was held on the 27-28 September, 2001 in Kampala, Uganda.

The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the outcomes of the sixth Conference of Parties (CoP 6 bis) and consolidate positions for the Africa Group on various key issues in view of the CoP 7 in Marrakech, Morocco.
